Train tickets priced at USD 4 for an adult one-way trip from the Airport, discounts apply for senior citizens and children under 12. Children under 5 travel free. There is no charge to ride between the East and Main Terminals.

MetroLink service runs at the STL St. Louis International Airport and is also the city's light rail system. Train stations are located on the upper level of the airport's main terminal building at Exit MT1 and also on all levels, close to the car parking area of the airport's East Terminal building . The Metrolink provides a quick and inexpensive way to travel into the heart of St Louis. Trains depart at regular intervals, every 10-15 minutes, each day from the STL St. Louis International Airport's stations and run from 05:00 until midnight.
