Seattle Tacoma Airport (SEA) Public & Private Bus Transfers

King County Metro Transit has three Seatac Airport bus routes of interest:

• Route 194 serves downtown Seattle and Federal Way. The route operates from 05:05 to 22:25 daily every 30 minutes.

• Route 174 also operates between downtown Seattle and Federal Way, every 30 minutes all day (less frequently between 02:00 and 04:00). Less early morning departures on weekends. Route 174 takes about 15 minutes longer to get downtown than 194.

• Route 140 goes between Burien and Renton, with the airport being about half way between. Service runs from about 06:00 until 22:00 daily. Fare is USD 1.25-2.00, depending on distance and peak/off-peak timings.

Sound Transit provides two Seatac Airport transportation bus routes of interest:

• Route 560 connects the Seatac Airport to Bellevue, Renton, Burien and West Seattle. It operates from 05:00 to 23:30 twice an hour weekdays, hourly on weekends from 06:00 to 23:30.

• Route 574 serves Lakewood, Federal Way and Tacoma. Buses operate from 04:30 to 22:20 daily every 30 to 60 minutes. Fare is USD 1.50-3.00, based on distance.

All Seatac Airport buses leave from door 6 outside of baggage claim on the lower level.

Quick Shuttle Coach serves the Seatac Airport outside door 00 on the Baggage Claim (lower) level. They provide Seatac Airport transportation to Downtown Seattle, Tulalip (Seattle Premium Outlets), Bellingham Airport     (BLI), and to Vancouver (BC, Canada) Airport (YVR), Downtown Vancouver and Vancouver Cruise Ship Terminals. Buses leave Vancouver's YVR airport     for Seattle, Vancouver and downtown Seattle heading North to Vancouver on a daily basis. Travel time to Vancouver is about 3 hours. Fares to Vancouver are adult one-way CAD 55 and return CAD 98, child (5-12 yrs) CAD 26 and CAD 47 return.  All buses have free WiFi. These buses are a popular way for Canadians to get to Sea Tac Airport for cheaper flights and for Americans to get to downtown Vancouver for cruise ship departures.
