Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL) Parking & Passenger Pickup

Parking at KLIA1 (the main terminal):

• Parking facilities at Kuala Lumpur Airport are immense with almost 12,000 parking spots in two main car parks.
• The short-term car park comprises four 7-storey blocks (Block A, B, C and D).
• The long-term car park offers 530 parking spots at Level 4 and 5 of Block A.
• The minimum parking period is three (3) days at MYR 129; the next consecutive days is MYR 15 per day.

Parking at KLIA2 (the new low-cost carrier terminal):

• Gateway@klia2 hosts a 8-storey car park that directly adjoins klia2.
• There are 6,000 covered parking spots at Blocks A and B
• There are another 5,500 parking spots at Car Park D (shuttle buses run to/from the KLIA2 terminal)
• From the car park, passengers must walk through the mall to enter the terminal’s Departure area at Level 3.
• Long-term parking is available at the KLIA1 Terminal (shuttle services run to/from KLIA1 and KLIA2 every 15-minutes)

• The parking rate for the covered parking facility at KLIA2 is MYR 4/hour for the first 3 hours, and up MYR 46/day.

Your friends can pick you up at Kuala Lumpur Airport.

At KLIA1, the main terminal, the passenger pick-up area is located beyond the link-bridges on Level 2 of Parking Blocks B and C. The area is well signposted.

At KLIA2 (the new low-cost carrier terminal), pick-up/drop-off areas are situated at the Gateway@klia2 shopping mall, adjacent to the KLIA2 terminal:

• Departure drop-off area is at Level 3
• Arrival pick-up area is at Level 2
• Parking bays are located across the drop off area.
• Tip: From the terminal’s drop-off area or kerbside, passengers walk through the Gateway@klia2 shopping mall to get to the departure hall for check-in
