Ticket offices are located:
- T1: near gate 7 (inside) on F1
- T2: near gates 9, 10 and 11 (outside) on F1
- T3: exit of Zone A; opposite the exit of Zone C on F2; near gates 5, 7 and 11 on F1
Inter-provincial airport shuttle buses operate to/from:
- Tianjin: 2.5 hours (CNY 80)
- Qinhuangdao: 4 hours (CNY 130)
- Tanggu: 3 hours (CNY 90)
