Manila Ninoy Aquino Airport (MNL) Services & Amenities

MNL consists of 4 terminals, connected by a free shuttle service: 

• Terminal 1: International Terminal (old)
• Terminal 2: Centennial Terminal - Philippine Airlines
• Terminal 3: International Terminal (new) - Air Philippines, Cebu Pacific, All Nippon Airways
• Terminal 4: Domestic Terminal - non-Philippine Airlines

Services at Manila Airport include:

• Delta Sky Club Lounge (fee) - Terminal 1, near Gate 15 (above) 
• Pagstop Lounge - Terminal 1
• Day Room (for passengers in transit, showers, request) - Terminal 1, near the Transit Desk
• Post office 
• Duty free shops
• Non-precription medicine - Terminal 4, departure transit area and pre-boarding areas

Medical clinics are located: 

• Terminal 1: on the left side past the Customs area as you exit to the Arrival lobby
• Terminal 2: at the Rotunda, Arrivals level
• Terminal 3: on the left side past the Customs area
• Terminal 4: at the pre-boarding area

It is unfortunate, but Ninoy Aquino Airport has a terrible reputation for dirty toilets, inadequate seating and general chaos, and has made it to lists of the world's worst airports. This criticism is generally directed at Terminal 1, which is operating at far over capacity. We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but we don't want you to be surprised!

UPDATE: authorities announced a new plan to maintain washrooms at NAIA in July 2016. Let's hope there is a BIG improvement!
